About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the individual entrepreneur"

Article 1. "About the individual entrepreneur" of April 3, 2001 ZR-167 to add article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with paragraphs the third, fourth and fifth the following content:

"The physical person who is not the individual entrepreneur bears responsibility for accomplishment of the obligations as the individual entrepreneur.

The individual entrepreneur has the right before submission of the statement for exit from the state accounting to submit the application in tax authority for check of correctness of relations with the government budget.

If the physical person who is not the individual entrepreneur before removal from the state accounting of the individual entrepreneur, did not address to tax authority for check in the procedure for correctness of relations established by the law with the government budget, then the tax authority has the right in the procedure established by the law to perform check of correctness of relations with the government budget within three years after removal from the state accounting of the individual entrepreneur.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
