About entering of amendment and changes into Regulations on procedure for voluntary liquidation and termination of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for voluntary liquidation and termination of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 27, 2007 No. PP-630, amendment and changes according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Amendment and changes made to Regulations on procedure for voluntary liquidation and termination of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship

1. In Item 34:
