About entering of amendment into the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 264 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. Employment disputes, according to requirements of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia and the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About commercial arbitration", can be transferred to the decision of arbitral tribunal if between the worker and the employer the agreement is signed, or according to the collective agreement the possibility of transfer of dispute to arbitral tribunal is provided. Stipulated in Article employment disputes of the 265th of this Code can be transferred to the decision of arbitral tribunal for the term established by the same Article. The arbitral agreement does not limit the worker's right to transfer of the dispute proceeding from the employment contract to court, except for case if the arbitral agreement was signed after emergence of dispute, and the parties unconditionally agreed to transfer dispute to the decision of arbitral tribunal.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
