Article 15.15.3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 15.15.3. Violation of procedure and (or) conditions of provision of interbudget transfers

1. Violation by the main manager of budgetary funds providing interbudget transfers, procedure and (or) conditions of provision of the interbudget transfers, except as specified, provided by part 2 of this Article and Article 15.14 of this Code -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of one year up to two years.

2. Violation by the main manager of budgetary funds presenting interbudget subsidies for joint financing of capital investments in objects of the state-owned (municipal) property, procedure and (or) conditions of provision of interbudget subsidies, except as specified, stipulated in Article 15.14 of this Code -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from twenty thousand to fifty thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of one year up to two years.

3. Violation by financial body, the main manager (manager) or receiver of budget funds to which interbudget transfers are provided, procedure and (or) conditions of provision (expenditure) of interbudget transfers, except as specified, stipulated in Article 15.14 of this Code, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of one year up to two years.";

Part 1 of Article 15.15.4 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Violation by the main manager of budgetary funds or the receiver of budgetary funds, presenting to subsidy for implementation of capital investments in objects of the state-owned (municipal) property, procedure for provision of the specified subsidies or non-execution by them of the decision on provision of subsidies, except as specified, stipulated in Article 15.14 of this Code, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from twenty thousand to fifty thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of one year up to two years.";
