Article 1

Bring in Item 3 of article 1 of the Federal Law of December 27, 2009 No. 345-FZ "About territorial jurisdiction of district (naval) public vessels" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 52, Art. 6421; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3360; 2016, to No. 28, the Art. 4558) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"To determine 3) that in the part concerning cognizance of the criminal cases specified in Items 2 - 4 parts shestoy.1 Article 31 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation:

jurisdiction of the Far East district military court extends to the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation, the specified in paragraphs three - the fifth and eleventh Item 1 of this Article;

jurisdiction of the Moscow District Military Court extends to the territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation specified in paragraphs the second, the sixth, seventh and ninth Item 1 of this Article;

jurisdiction of the Volga district military court extends to the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation, the specified in paragraphs eight and the twelfth Item 1 of this Article;

jurisdiction of the North Caucasian district military court extends to the territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation specified in paragraph ten of Item 1 of this Article.".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
