Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 26, 2014 "About the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 379; 2015, No. 3, Art. 197, No. 7-9, Art. 697) following changes and amendment:

1. To state part 2 of Article 8 in the following edition:

"2. Person having only citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan, the higher legal education aged is elected to judgeship of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan 30 years and professional length of service of at least 7 years are not younger. The age limit of stay on judgeship of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan makes for men 63 and for women of 58 years.".

2. To add the paragraph of the seventh article 14 after words of Republic of Tajikistan with the words "or acquisition of nationality of other state".

3. The tenth parts 3 of Article 61 to exclude the paragraph.
