About entering of amendments into the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 175 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004:

Item 4 to add 1) with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4. 1) with participation on voluntary bases in military operations on defense of other countries as person which is not in military service (volunteer) based on the agreements on military cooperation signed with the Republic of Armenia, and also the state authorized body of the Republic of Armenia or body in the field of defense,"

To add 3) with part 4 following of content:

"4. In case, stipulated in Item 4.1 parts of 1 this Article, the worker is exempted from accomplishment of job duties based on the reference provided by the state authorized body of the Republic of Armenia in the field of defense that he is volunteer, and compensation for the period of release from accomplishment of job duties, is determined by the consent of the parties or the collective agreement.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication and extends to the relations which arose after April 1, 2016.
