1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for production and distribution of the state and other signs of post payment of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of September 16, 2008 No. 38 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 248, 8/19574; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.08. 2012, 8/26277), following changes:

1.1. in Item 12:

in part one of figure "30" to replace with figures "69";

third to exclude part;

1.2. state Item 27 in the following edition:

"27. Information on the place, terms of application of special postage stamp and products which are turned out to special clearing is posted on the official sites of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and the national operator of mail service on the global computer Internet not later than 7 calendar days before carrying out special clearing.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
