According to Articles 82 and 187 of the Customs code of Ukraine of 11.07.2002 N 92-IV and for the purpose of simplification of procedure for declaration of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine when implementing the external economic transactions and creations of more favorable conditions for subjects of foreign economic activity I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for application of temporary and incomplete declarations according to customs regime of import (in case of release in free circulation) which is applied.

2. Information analytically to customs authority (Shulyak V. P.) in ten-day time after registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to make the necessary changes to normative reference information, including to reference books of program and information complex "Customs Clearance of Loads" and others which are used in case of customs clearance of goods and maintaining foreign trade statistics.

3. (Melnik M. V.) to provide to management of customs regimes (V.V.'s Hare) and Management of legal work provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on в.и.о. First Deputy Chairman of Service Ivanyuk M. M.
