Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2009 No. 15 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for material stimulation and rendering financial support to civil personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 105, 8/20784).
2. Distribute this resolution to separate military unit.
