Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 25, 2005 "About bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2005, No. 7, Art. 398; 2006, No. 3, Art. 141; 2007, No. 5, Art. 350, No. 7, Art. 652; 2008, No. 12, h 1, Art. 981; 2009, No. 5, Art. 314; 2011, No. 3, Art. 150, No. 6, Art. 428; 2012, No. 8, Art. 810; 2013, No. 7, Art. 497, Art. 498; No. 12, Art. 876; 2014, No. 3, Art. 139, No. 12, Art. 820; 2016, No. 3, Art. 125) following changes and amendments:

1. In paragraph three of part one of Article 4 of the word of "local government bodies" and "public, religious associations" to replace respectively with words of "self-government institutions of settlements and villages" and "public and religious associations".

2. In paragraph one of part one of Article 5 of the word "local government bodies" shall be replaced with words "self-government institutions of settlements and villages".

3. In part one of Article 7 of the word of "public associations, political parties, the religious organizations" shall be replaced with words "public and religious associations, political parties and other associations".

4. In the name and part two of Article 9 of the word of "local government bodies" shall be replaced with words "self-government institutions of settlements and villages".
