Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 17, 2004 "About local authorities of the government" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 5, Art. 339; 2006, No. 11, Art. 472; 2009, No. 12, Art. 814; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 800; 2013, No. 3, Art. 179, No. 7, Art. 500) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:
