Bring in the Regulations on council of organization of education on prevention of neglect and offenses of minors approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2009 No. 6 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 81, 8/20588), the following changes:
from Item 1 of the word "parts three of article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 29, 1991 "About education" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2002 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamasts_ of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1991, No. 33, Art. 598; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 37, 2/844)," to exclude;
from Item 3 of the word "is self-government institutions of organization of education" to exclude;
in part one of item 4 of the word "on organization" shall be replaced with words "the head of organization";
