Article 1. Bring in article 26 of the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 10, 1999 "About elections of deputies to local Majlises of People's Deputies" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 298; 2007, No. 5, Art. 353; 2012, No. 8, Art. 813; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 383, No. 11, Art. 640) following change and amendment:
