Article 1. Bring in the Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan about administrative offenses of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 502; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145, No. 7, h 1, Art. 391, No. 11, Art. 644; 2015, No. 3, Art. 202, No. 7-9, Art. 709, Art. 710, Art. 711, No. 11, Art. 956, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1109; 2016, No. 3, Art. 133, No. 7, Art. 615) following change and amendment:

1. "124," to exclude the 96th figure from part of 1 Article.

2. Add with Article 96 (1) the following content:

"Article 96 (1). The state regulating authority in the field of ensuring radiation safety

1. The state regulating authority in the field of ensuring radiation safety within the competence considers cases on administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 124 Codes of the Republic of Tajikistan on administrative offenses.

2. About administrative offenses and imposings of administrative punishments on behalf of the state regulating authority in the field of ensuring radiation safety the director of the Agency of nuclear and radiation safety of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan and the director of branches of the Agency has the right of hearing of cases.".
