1. Regarding 1 Article 483 of the word "capable citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "faces which have only citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan".

2. Part 1 of Article 488:

- add with Item 15) of the following content:

"15) in connection with the termination of citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan or acquisition of nationality of other state;";

- 15) to consider Item Item 16).
