About determination of Chamber of Commerce and Industry by authorized body on issue of certificates of origin

According to part two of Article 282 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

in case of commodity exportation from customs area of Ukraine the certificate of origin when it is necessary and it is displayed in national rules of the country of export or it is provided by international treaties, is issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry or regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry;

fee, the certificates of origin connected with issue, is performed by single tariff on the conditions determined by Chamber of Commerce and Industry in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and European Integration and the State committee on questions of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, and additional services which are provided only at the request of customers - coming out actual cost of such services.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
