Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 28, 2011 "About Audit Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, the Art. 460) the following change and amendment:
1. 10, 12 and 16 to state the first paragraphs of Articles in the following edition:
"-availability only citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan;",
2. To add the third paragraphs of parts 3 of Articles 14 and 15 after words of Republic of Tajikistan with the words "or acquisitions of nationality of other state".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
