For the purpose of strengthening of control of delivery in customs of purpose of loads which moves under customs control and decides ensuring replenishment of revenues of the government budget Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
Determine that export for borders of customs area of Ukraine, and also transit through this territory of separate types of goods which list are determined by the Ministry of Finance are performed on condition of provision to customs authorities of the financial guarantees provided by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 1996 N 700 and of October 4, 1996 N 1216, or on condition of their protection and maintenance by forces of customs authorities with attraction in necessary cases of divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or tax police of State Tax Administration according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 1996 No. 699.
The procedure for provision of financial guarantees and preservation scheme and maintenances of the specified loads are determined by the State Customs Service depending on customs regime, type of goods and mode of transport which is used for movement of these loads.
