About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About secondary professional education"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2015 "About secondary professional education" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, Art. No. 7-9, 713) the following changes and amendments:

1. Article 3 in paragraph seven to "students" to replace the word with the word "student".

2. Regarding 1 Article 9:

- in paragraph eleven to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with the paragraph the twelfth the following content:

"-other data determined by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

3. Add Article 10 with parts 5 and 6 of the following content:

"5. In case of successful delivery of centralized admission examinations (receipt of lowest passing scores on the corresponding subject matters) in educational institutions of secondary professional education according to the procedure, established by the state authorized body in the field of education, privileges to the following entrants are provided:

- to orphans;

- without parental support;

- to handicapped children (according to the conclusion of the state authorized body);

- to disabled people of I and II groups to whom according to the conclusion of the state authorized body training in the relevant educational institutions is not contraindicated;

- to the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan passing military service in armed forces of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- to other citizens to whom according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan privileges are provided.
