1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 8/15268; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.02. 2015, 8/29590; 25.07. 2015, 8/30109; 25.06. 2016, 8/31027) following amendments and changes:
1.1.1. after the word of "actions" to add Item with words ", approved by this resolution,";
1.1.2. add Item with part two of the following content:
"Extend action of the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by this resolution to diplomatic agents of diplomatic representations of the Republic of Belarus and consular officials of consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus within competence, the stipulated in Article 56 Laws of the Republic of Belarus "About notariate and notarial activities" in part, them applicable.";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. Item 211 paragraph two after the word "person" to add with the words "in advantage or";
