Based on the paragraph of the third Item 1, of the paragraph of the fifth of part one of Item 5, of Item 6, of Item 8 of Article 15 and Item 5 of article 15-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2007 No. 225-Z "About advertizing", subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. other requirements to advertizing, in addition to established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About advertizing" (further – requirements to advertizing), general for advertizing of the medicines, methods of delivery of health care, works and (or) services constituting medical activities, products of medical appointment and medical equipment are:

1.1.1. bringing to the consumer of information containing in advertizing, including obligatory to placement, image and language, available to perception, with use in case of the scoring of advertizing of speed and loudness of the speech which are not creating obstacle for advertizing perception without capable to mislead scientific terms, words, phrases;
