Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2006 "About protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 3, Art. 168; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1015) following changes and amendments:

5. Third of Article 5 to add part with the second offer of the following content:

"The construction of the new objects connected with protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage is performed with the consent of authorized state body in the field of culture and authorized state body in the field of architecture and construction.".
