1. According to the procedure of maintaining the state water inventory, No. 413 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 8, 1996:

"6. The state water inventory is kept:

GSChS according to the Section "Surface water" regarding carrying out constants of hydrometric, hydrochemical observations of quantity and quality characteristics of surface water according to the program approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in coordination with Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources and Gosvodagentstv;

Gosvodagentstvom according to the Section "Surface water" regarding accounting of superficial water objects and according to the Section "Water use";

State geosubsoil according to the Section "Underground Waters".
