About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 44, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and being guided by Articles 48, of 66, of 67, 74 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of non-admission of making by banks of risk activities which threaten interests of investors or other creditors of bank, and increase in effective management of risks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2012 No. 346, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 17, 2012 at No. 1590/21902 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 3.3 of Chapter 3 of the Section I to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"10) carrying out financial transactions of clients concerning which the bank does not take sufficient measures for establishment of their final beneficial owner [controller(s)] and/or concerning which there are bases to believe that they use agents, nominee holders (nominee holders) or intermediaries for the purpose of concealment of the final beneficial owner [controller(s)]";
