1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue, suspension of action of permission to special water use.

2. To committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of geology and protection of subsoil of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in three-months time to develop and in coordination with the interested state bodies to approve the instruction on the questions connected with issue of permission to special water use.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 1994 N 1482 "About approval of procedure for approval and issue of permission to special water use" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1994, N 49, the Art. 557).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
