About transfer of the state company "Vityaz" to maintaining the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic

2. Rename the state company "Vityaz" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic into the state company "Vityaz" under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- accept the state company specified in Item 1 of this resolution in the maintaining;

- take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the state company "Vityaz" of September 27, 2010 No. 214 the following changes:

in Item 1-1 of the word of "Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Culture, information and tourism";

in the Charter of the state company "Vityaz" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
