About modification and amendments in the resolution of Committee on archives and clerical work under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2005 No. 7

1.1. in Item 216:
the fourth to state part in the following edition:
"Request of social and legal nature - the request about provision of archive information connected with providing legitimate rights of citizens.";
add Item with parts five and the sixth the following content:
"The requests connected with provision of archive information on ownership, use and the order by citizens by personal and real estate, its acquisition, alienation and inheritance belong to the requests of social and legal nature concerning the property and succession law of citizens.
