About introduction of amendments to article 260 of the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in article 260 of the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, Art. No. 22-23, 194) the following changes:

1. The second to state part in the following edition:

"In case of the direction on treatment out of part arrangement the military personnel shall be dressed according to season and have in case of themselves the direction signed by the commander of military unit, the medical book, the identity document, necessary personal belongings, the certificate on food, the certificate of injury (mutilations, wounds, contusions) and the medical characteristic, and in case of departure on treatment out of limits of garrison - in addition the certificate on ware and cash allowance, travel documents to the location of medical institution and back".

2. Add with part three of the following content:

"If the situation does not allow to provide the certificate of injury (mutilation, wound, contusion) to the direction of the wounded serviceman on treatment out of arrangement of military unit, it goes to military commissariat to which the serviceman who was traumatized (mutilation, wound, contusion) within 30 days from the date of getting injured (mutilation, wound, contusion) or within 30 days from the date of receipt of the relevant requirement of military commissariat is attributed".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
