About modification of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

Make changes to Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, Art. 1455; 2015, No. 6, Art. 127; 2016, No. 42, the Art. 1578), having added with its subitems 15 and 16 of the following content:
"Will organize 15) and provides within the powers provided by the law, execution of the legislation in the field of defense;
Approves 16) with the General Staff of Armed Forces and provides within the powers provided by the law, preparation of the industry for defense, its territorial defense.".
