About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2015 No. 609 and of December 30, 2015 No. 1164
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2015 No. 609 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 68, the Art. 2232) and of December 30, 2015 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of the economic activity connected with creation of objects of architecture which is subject to licensing and is estimated is determined No. 1164 frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 3, the Art. 190) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of January 17, 2017 No. 1817-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of town-planning activities".
