About recognition voided some resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine
According to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine decides:
the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of September 27, 2010 No. 21-5 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for charge and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 27, 2010 on No. 994/18289;
the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of October 8, 2010 No. 22-1 "About approval of the Regulations on the State register of obligatory national social insurance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2010 for No. 1005/18300.
2. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Nikitenko V. S.
