1. Approve the enclosed Rules of fixing of other state-owned property to public institutions.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.

1. These rules are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 1995 N 2335 (the text corresponds to the original) "About privatization" and determine procedure for fixing of other state-owned property to public institutions.
2. Fixing of other state-owned property to public institutions is performed in the following procedure:
1) behind republican public institutions:
in case of book value ten thousand and more than sizes of the minimum settlement indicators - according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the representation of state body concerning organization approved with the state body authorized on the order by republican state-owned property;
