About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the tender for the right of construction of small hydroelectric power stations in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 24, 2017 No. 175

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the tender for the right of construction of small hydroelectric power stations in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 24, 2017 No. 175 the following changes:

in Regulations on the tender for the right of construction of small hydroelectric power stations in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to state the subitem 3 of Item 6 in the following edition:

"3) the deputy plenipotentiary of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in area, the head of public administration - the akim of the area or the mayor in the territory of whom the small hydroelectric power station will be located.";
