About additional measures for increase in efficiency of activities of JSC Uztadbirkoreksport

For the purpose of further increase in efficiency of activities of Uztadbirkoreksport Joint-stock company, stimulation of its sustainable financial and economic development, providing on this basis of effective rendering assistance to subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship, Dehkan and to farms in promotion of their products for export, involvement in export activities of new participants in regions of the republic, and also expansion of deliveries of products for export:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan on implementation of the actions aimed at providing broad positioning of JSC Uztadbirkoreksport abroad, to expansion of number of potential foreign partners, forming of image of the reliable and stable company in the foreign markets by renaming of JSC Uztadbirkoreksport into specialized foreign trade company "Uztreyd" in the form of joint-stock company (further - JSC Uztreyd).

2. Determine the main objectives and activities of JSC Uztreyd:

studying on system basis of the demand and supply in the foreign markets on products made by subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship, Dehkan and farms and on this basis development of offers on order placement on production of finished competitive products;

promotion for export of products of subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship, Dehkan and farms, search and development of the new markets of products made by them;

creation together with subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship, Dehkan and farms of modern productions, greenhouses, refrigerating chambers, capacities on sorting, packaging and conversion of agricultural products for the purpose of its subsequent export;

rendering assistance of small business and private entrepreneurship, Dehkan and to farms in certification of export products, holding advertizing activities, the organization of their participation in the international fairs and exhibitions, information and consulting support for export of products;
