These rules of fishery (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" and regulate procedure for the organization and carrying out fishery on fishery reservoirs and (or) their sites by physical persons and legal entities.
2. Action of these rules does not extend to the fishery reservoirs and (or) sites used under artificial cultivation of fishes and other water animals.
3. For the purposes of these rules the authorized body in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna is understood as the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - authorized body).
4. Fishery - fishing of fish resources and other water animals.
