About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About self-government institutions of settlements and villages

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 5, 2009 "About self-government institutions of settlements and villages" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 7-8, of Art. 503; 2012, No. 4, Art. 277, No. 8, Art. 833; 2015 No. 11, Art. 964) following changes and amendments:

1. In paragraphs three and the fourth Article 1 of the word "body" and "competences" respectively shall be replaced with words "bodies" and "powers".

2. Regarding the 2nd Article 6 of the word "Public authorities" shall be replaced with words "Local authorities of the government".

3. In Article 8:

- in part 2 "meeting" to replace the word with the word "meeting";

- to exclude the word of "regulations" from part 7.

4. In Article 10:

- the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-hears the report of heads of the organizations, bodies of public amateur performance and other legal entities located in the territory of the settlement and the village on Dzhamoat's powers;".

5. In Article 11:

- state paragraph two in the following edition:

"-creation and maintaining economic books;";

- add with new paragraphs of the following content:

"-control of use and protection of lands of the territory of settlements and villages;

- property management of settlements and villages;

- control of accomplishment of the budget of Dzhamoat;".
