1. Approve the enclosed list of the expenses connected with participation at the biddings (auctions) and the acquired property (assets) realized at the biddings (auctions) which are not subject of public procurements.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.

1. The expenses connected with participation at the biddings (auctions):
1) on acquisition of the documents necessary for participation at the biddings (auctions);
2) the guarantee fee brought for participation at the biddings (auctions).
2. The acquired property (assets) realized at the biddings (auctions):
1) the electrical energy acquired according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About power industry" at the centralized biddings by electrical energy;
2) the property of taxpayers limited on hand on account of tax debt.
