1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for certification of the notary approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2013 No. 199 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.12. 2013, 8/28165), changes and amendments, having been reworded as follows it it (is applied).
2. Determine that the certificates of the notary issued before entry into force of this resolution are subject to exchange till January 1, 2017.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
