1. Bring in Rules of determination of the extent of the harm done to property (except for the vehicle) the victim as a result of the road accident, for the purposes of obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles, approved by the order of the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance of June 20, 2014 No. 18 of odes (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.07. 2014, 10/189), following changes and amendments:
