1. Approve the enclosed list of obligatory services of port.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

List of obligatory services of port

Services for calling of the vessel port for production of cargo operations and (or) other purposes with the subsequent exit from port (vessel call):

1) ship - provision of entrance of the vessel to port and exit from it;

2) mooring - provision of the parking to courts at moorings under cargo and auxillary operations;

3) anchor - provision of the parking of the vessel on internal raid or at the raid mooring;

4) mooring - delivery of the mooring ends of the vessel, otshvartovka, banner and remooring of courts, work of tows;

5) in the field of nature protection actions - acceptance from the vessel without any limit all types of the available pollution (except for ballast waters) during the parking in port;

6) quarantine - services of port for providing:

provisions of the room for temporary isolation of patients with quarantine infections and faces which can be infection carriers;

maintenance in proper sanitary condition of the territory and objects of port;

preventive destruction of rodents and insects on delivery vessels, port objects.
