Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 19, 2013 "About the investment agreement" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 3, the Art. 187) the following change:

"-the investor - physical person and legal entity, and also the organization without formation of legal entity performing investing activities in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan;".
