In the Regulations on fund of liquidity of savings and loan associations approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 16/3 from 27.03.2015, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1040 of 22.04.2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 105-109, of the Art. 699), to make the following changes:

Money of FSV is invested in term bank deposits in the commercial banks which are not subjected to the resolution according to provisions of the Section IV of the Law No. 232 of October 3, 2016 on improvement of banks and the bank resolution taking into account the most advantageous offered conditions, but no more than 50% in one commercial bank which for six consecutive months preceding selection provide the following conditions:
