1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination of dumping price of the bid.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Rules of determination of dumping price of the bid

1. General provisions

1. These rules are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2002 "About public procurements" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for determination of dumping price of the bid of the potential supplier presented for participation in tender on public procurements of goods, works and services.

2. The concepts and terms used in these rules are applied according to the Law.

In case of determination of dumping price of the bid of the potential supplier the tender committee before summing up tender requests in writing at least, than from three physical persons and/or legal entities neaffiliirovanny among themselves which are not taking part in tender, price information of homogeneous goods, works and services identical to subject of tender.
