About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state notariate"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 16, 2012 "About the state notariate" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 4, Art. 260; 2013, No. 6, Art. 408) following change and amendment:

1. Regarding the 2nd Article 17:

- to replace point sign at the end of the paragraph of third with sign of semicolon ","; - add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-termination of citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan or acquisition of nationality of other state.".

2. To state part 1 of Article 24 in the following edition:

"1. Person who has only citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan, the higher legal education is appointed to position of the notary public, knows state language, has professional length of service at least three years, passed training in office of notary public and passed qualification examination.".
