Bring in the Regulations on implementation of transactions with bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 06, 2003 No. 325, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2003 at No. 749/8070 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 30, 2011 No. 497) (with changes), the following changes:

The subitem "v" of Item 2.1 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"c) purchase and sale in hryvnias and currency";

2) in the Section IV:

to state paragraph two of Item 4.4 in the following edition:

"Purchase and sale of bank metals on conditions "that", "volume", "spot", "forward" or "swap" in hryvnias or currency";
