1. Item 1 of the Section III of Provisions on the organization of financial accounting and the reporting in the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the central executive bodies which activities direct and is coordinated by the minister, the budgetary institutions relating to the sphere of the Department of MIA approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 15, 2016 No. 801, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 9, 2016 at No. 1233/29363, to state in the following edition:

"1. The basis for financial accounting of economic activities in organizations are source documents. Source documents can be constituted in paper or electronic form on condition of observance of requirements of the legislation on electronic documents and electronic document management.".

2. (Shevnin S. M.) to provide to department of financial accounting policy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
