About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 101

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 101 "About application of anti-dumping measure concerning the steel seamless pipes applied to drilling and the operation of the oil and gas wells coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:
a) the paragraph the fourth Item 3 and the paragraph the fourth item 4 to recognize invalid;
b) line item of the 5th appendix No. 3 to the specified Decision to exclude.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
