About modification of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 1 of article 180 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Provisions, stipulated in Item 3 changes (appendix to this Decision), extend to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2017.

The changes made to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. In the subitem 45 of Item 15:

a) in paragraph four (after the table) the words "in the national currency counted at the currency rate established according to the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to exclude;

b) in paragraph five (after the table) "* EURO" to exclude the word;

c) the ninth (after the table) to exclude the paragraph;

d) in the paragraph the twenty seventh (after the table) to exclude the words "and Republic of Kazakhstan";

e) the paragraph of the twenty eighth (after the table) after words to Republic of Belarus to add with words to Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. In the text of the paragraph of the twenty fourth (after the table) the subitem 2 of Item 18 to replace the word "receiver" in the corresponding case with the word "sender" in the corresponding case.

3. In the subitem 4 of Item 25:
