Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of gas supply and gasification

1. In Instructions for use gas and the renderings of services on gas supply in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 17, 2002 No. 317 "About approval of Instructions for use gas and renderings of services on gas supply in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 20, Art. 1870; 2013, No. 32, Art. 4328; 2014, No. 2, Art. 137; 2015, No. 14, Art. 2135):

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules establish procedure for use of gas and renderings of services on gas supply.";

b) Items 5 - 10, 13, 17 - 24 to recognize invalid;

c) in Item 26 of the word "based on the permission issued by state supervision body by results of inspection of readiness of the equipment for gas acceptance" shall be replaced with words "based on the act of readiness of networks of gas consumption and the gas-using equipment of capital construction project to connection (technological accession)";

d) Items 28 - 40 and 42 - 48 to recognize invalid;
